- When do you start delivering?
- We're testing with a handful of orders now and opening properly in the next few weeks. Everyone on this list gets a message the day we go live.
- Where do you deliver?
- 1 kilometre around us to start, and the radius grows from there. Tell us your street or landmark above and we'll cover the busiest ones first.
- Can I order without using the website?
- Yes — call or WhatsApp 0768 37 99 37 and we'll take the order down for you. The counter puts it into the same system, so your food is tracked exactly the same way.
- Do I need an app or an account?
- Not to start — it's a web page, nothing to download. You'll enter your phone number and address at checkout, and that's the whole sign-up.
- How do I pay?
- Cash or M-Pesa when the food reaches your door. Nothing is paid before it arrives.
- How long will it take?
- About 25 minutes in normal conditions. You'll see the food being cooked and then where your order is on a map, so you're never guessing.
- What does delivery cost?
- KSh 15 or less, anywhere we deliver. Nothing hidden on top.
- Can I cancel?
- Any time before it reaches you, and there's nothing to refund because you pay when it arrives. If the order has already left the kitchen, give the counter a call so the food isn't wasted.
- Can I order late at night?
- Deliveries run 8am to 9pm, every day, and we take delivery orders right up to 9pm. After that the menu is browsable but not orderable — the counter itself stays open to walk-ins until 10pm.
